Enjoying Spring

29 weeks and getting bigger...Yikes!

Feeding the ducks has become our new found passion in the Walker home. The girls and I take walks as often as possible and they absolutely love walking to the lake and feeding the ducks, we have bread on hand with every walk we take now because we are sure to find several ducks waiting at random parts of the lake during our walks...and lately walking across our yard. Our favorite spot to go is also the favorite fishing spot with Daddy too! Jenna has named the pair of white ducks, Henry and Pearl. They are the most friendly and will come right up to us for their bites of bread. The kids love this, while I am a tiny bit cautious of a major attack unfolding throwing the bread back to scoot them away.

We have been enjoying outdoors as much as possible with lunches on the deck and bike/car rides in the driveway until our fun snowy day in the first week of April! No more of that, thank you! We have been spring cleaning and trying to organize before our new addition arrives. I am 29 weeks today and I have a feeling the next 11 weeks are going to fly by with all we have to do. To say that I feel a little stress would be an understatement but it will be fun over the next few weeks painting and getting a blue room ready. I took some of the baby girl clothes to Once Upon a Child to sell and planned to pick up a few little boy outfits but I was so out of my comfort zone and as silly as it sounds found myself overwhelmed and left empty handed. Next week I plan to return and leave with some clothes for our little man.
We are also car shopping, since the small car we purchased a couple a years ago when we were both commuting will not fit 3 car seats! I am so excited to have a second car in our family again!! Finally the kids and I can get out of the ! We have a lot of activities planned before Cole arrives...Zoo, Science Center, Butterfly House, Arch and many more neighborhood functions too!

3 car seats?! That's nuts :)! I can't even begin to imagine...

You look so great Amy! Pregnancy definitely agrees with you, you look so healthy! I remember looking and feeling like a big blob at 29 weeks ;).

I'm glad to see you're getting your money's worth out of those ducks too :).
